Ahoy Members!
Is your squadron still following the recruiting and
advertising methods of the past or are you being inventive and trying new methods for the 21st century?
Maybe the squadron's membership team needs to refocus, rethink and try some new techniques.
The National Membership Team is ready, willing and able to help you with your challenge.
We are here to assist you and please don't hesitate to call on us.
We suspect most squadrons have replaced the
overhead projector with an LCD projector and a PowerPoint presentation for the storyboard describing who the squadron is
and what the USPS does. Most of our other recruiting strategies involve defending what we have been doing.
We might be better served with investing in perfecting our tactics and updating them to the accepted strategies of other
successful organizations. This includes trying new programs and ideas, analyzing the results and adjusting them to meet
your needs.
For those of you, who have branched out and are having success, please share your plan with the National Membership
Team for others to use. For those of you whose recruiting strategies are not working, you might try some of the new
ideas found on our website and adjusting to meet your squadron needs.
Hope to see you in Kansas City.
