- Where do I register to vote at the meeting? To register to vote, look for the USPS HQ Staff -- for Thursday and Friday, the HQ Staff table will be in the Reunion Concourse, usually located near the Activities Ticket pickup area. On Saturday, the HQ Staff will be either in the back of the meeting room or on the right side as you face the podium.
