How to -
Find Membership Trial Members vs. New Members.

There are two ways of finding a squadron's trial membership. Using the "Online Dues Membership Reports" will result in all new members that have taken advantage of our trial membership and using Information Center under Membership Stuff will result in telling if one member is taking advantage of the Trial Membership. Online Dues Membership Reports will be discussed first than the Information Center.

Online Dues Reports:

You will need your squadron account code and your user, update or master password for DB2000. Any member who knows the squadron or district account number and password can obtain these names by:
  1. Going to http://www.usps.org/dues/reports.
  2. The reports you want are found under squadron reports/member status.
  3. Enter your squadron account code and the user, update or master password for DB2000. Enter these codes to get to the reports for your squadron/district.
  4. Under Search Member Status do the following:
This will bring up all the new members for the past 10 months. If their Joined month (last column in mm/dd/yy/ format) and the Month (first column) are not the same they are a trial member. A dues notice will be sent out approximately 4 months after they became a member.
