Using Online Dues Reports



Any member who knows the squadron or district account number and password can obtain names of these trial members by following the steps below:
  1. Go to http://www.usps.org/dues/reports.
  2. Select Squadron Reports/Member Status.
  3. Enter the account number and password .
  4. Using Search Member Status, do the following:
Choose the Month you want to search: if you leave the Select Value showing, the past 10 months will be shown.
Using Status, select New Members.

This will list all the new members for a single month or the past 10 months. If their Joined month (last column in mm/dd/yy/ format) and the Month are not the same - they are trial members. A dues notice will be sent approximately 4 months after they accepted trial membership.

Using the Information Center:
To find an individual member in your squadron:
  1. Go to http://www.usps.org. Place your cursor on MEMBER STUFF; Click on Information Center. (If you are not logged in, you need to do it at this time.)
  2. Scroll down the left-hand side of the screen under Membership Information (near the bottom) click on By Name or Certificate.
  3. Enter the name or certificate number of the person being checked. (Note: Partial information is acceptable.)
When the person's information appears, check the joined date and the renewal month. If these are the same month, then you have new member, if not, he/she is a trial member. (Note: This is a true statement only if you are dealing with a new member, not reinstatements or transfers
