Announcing the 15th Boarman National USPS Youth Annual Poster Contest:

The Boarman Youth Poster Contest now runs from January to the Annual Meeting of the following year. “Let's Boat Safe and Clean” is the theme. National level deadline is Thursday, 1 January 2013. Squadrons and Districts set their own judging dates.
