3.52 The national publications committee
provides guidance for the publication of effective
newsletters by districts and squadrons.
Advisors are appointed to monitor and assist each
squadron and district. The assignment of advisors
is published in The Ensign and appears on the
Publications Committee pages of the USPS web
site. Further assistance is available through the
Editors Handbook, Publications Committee web
page, Editors' Newsletter, programs at national
meetings, informative handouts and by response to
direct inquiry.
