As you probably already know, the Operations Manual is the compendium of all information concerning the United States Power Squadrons. The Operations Manual Committee makes every effort to keep it current. As such, it the model for almost everything that happens in our organization. The 2009 release of the Operations, Membership, Secretary's and Treasurer's manuals are published and on-line. Please note this release contains major updates and supersedes all previous versions.

Every effort has been made to make this release as accurate and current as possible. Several chapters had major updates, most notably chapter six of the Operations Manual as well as a substantial rewrite of the Treasurer's Manual. Several minor changes were made throughout and reviewed by all concerned. Should you find any inconsistencies, please email the committee and let us work to resolve them.

Either the entire Operations Manual or individual chapters can be separately downloaded as needed. In the Operations Manual, please note that Chapter 13 is the text of the Membership Manual, Chapter 15 is the text of the Secretary's Manual and Chapter 17 is the text of the Treasurer's Manual.

Since this is a major release of each manual, all change bars have been removed from each document.

On 08/01/09, sections 5.11, 5.27, 5.48 13.12, 14.5 and M.12 were updated to match current HQAB procedures.
