The Leadership Development Committee is comprised of volunteers dedicated
to providing information to assist each USPS member with their duties.   We realize

that this is a work in progress and welcome suggestions for inclusion or improvement.  

Our promise is to respond to everyone!

As a matter of policy, the Leadership Development Committee recommends that

all Squadron & District Bridge Officers complete the Operations Training Program. 

Considering the Organizational changes being made in USPS, it is also recommended

that all members re-take the Operations Training Program at least once every 5 years.
