Participants: DAO/SAO completion is the prerequisite for attendance. In-coming & sitting District and
Squadron Executive Officers will be given preference for attendance at no
charge. Remaining available seating will be open to any member having completed
DAO/SAO at a fee of $60 to help defray costs.

Module 1: 9:15am - 10:45am: (break included): Leadership Knowledge and Skills - fundamental principles of leadership and management in the USPS setting
Break:
Module 2: 10:45am -12:00pm: Teambuilding Techniques - methods for developing and managing high-performance work teams and committees in the USPS environment.

Module 3: 1:00pm- 2:30pm: Problem Solving - Develop goals and an action plan to address a typical squadron challenge - hands on application using the knowledge and skills gained in DAO/SAO Training

Module 4: 2:45pm - 3: 15pm: USPS Structure: XO Department, Jobs, Responsibilities and Committees. Brief Review of Operations Training information and Job Descriptions. This module is specifically designed for the XO
