Leadership Development District Awards are given to encourage squadron presentation of the Operations Training and Leadership Development Programs, thereby giving squadron members an appreciation and knowledge of the workings and organization of the United States Power Squadrons plus the benefit of life skills learned in the Leadership Development Program. |
