ComRules has revised the format of this page to make it easier to update specific reports and to keep them more current. There will be some that are long standing, others will come and go as USPS moves on. We will try to keep up with the governing board meetings and keep the membership posted on upcoming and/or recently effected changes in the national bylaws. Actions by the Committee on Rules will be a primary focus, but we will not ignore related policy matters.
