for Adoption of New or Amended District Bylaws
We
strongly
recommend that before reproducing new
bylaws in quantity and asking the membership to vote upon them, you
contact the member
of the Committee
on Rules designated to assist your District.

a district wish to divide into 2 districts, it should consult
the chairman of the Committee on Rules and the Operations Manual,
chapter 15 for specific requirements.
