Procedure
for Adoption of New or Amended District Bylaws
We
strongly
recommend that before reproducing new
bylaws in quantity and asking the membership to vote upon them, you
contact the member
of the Committee
on Rules designated to assist your District. In
addition carefully review and follow the procedure
for submitting
district bylaw changes for approval.

a district wish to divide into 2 districts, it should consult

chapter 12 for specific requirements.
