Our Mission

To provide support and help in starting Provisional Squadrons.

To provide support and help to squadrons seeking REVITALIZATION.

The Team

Our team members believe in the growth and health of USPS. We feel the Squadron Development Committee can make a positive difference.

Our members each serve one or more specific districts. We stand ready to work with the District Squadron Development Committee, the District Officers, individual squadrons and members to accomplish the aims of our mission.

The Squadron Development Committee began in January 2000 and since then our team has helped more than 30 squadrons receive their charter through the Provisional Squadron Approach. We have also aided many squadrons in returning to active viable status. These accomplishments have helped retain members as well as add new ones.
