USPS Squadron Development Committee

P/R/C Marilyn and D/C Earl Rose have been instrumental in the development of many squadrons since the provisional squadron concept began in January 2000. She served as Chairman of this committee 2001-2004. They are members of the Tulsa Squadron District 31 and live in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

Various USPS members donated special funds so that the Squadron Development Committee could send Marilyn and Earl into remote areas of the continental United States for the purpose of developing new squadrons.
