The “Squadrons at Risk; A guide to Recovery” manual is a guide to assist squadrons that are at risk of dissolution. 

It describes our new Squadron at Risk program and the procedure to participate in the program.   It also includes self help information for those squadrons not wanting to request Squadron at Risk status.
