What are the Benefits?
  • Every conference, or activity, held at a Marriott Corporate hotel will earn Reward points for your District, to use at your District's discretion; all the conferences held will also benefit our National organization.
  • Discounted room pricing and conference facilities/amenities will be offered
How does our District/Squadron get started?
  • Put together your meeting needs:
    • Choice of dates (preferred and alternate)
    • Location (provide distance proximity you will be prepared to travel)
    • Number of meeting attendees
    • Number of sleeping rooms needed
    • Number of Meeting Rooms required (either in square footage or number of rooms)
    • Total Food & Beverage needs. (Either in $$ amounts or meals required)
  • Provide meeting needs directly to the assigned USPS representative, who will forward to the Marriott point of contact.
  • Allow five business days to respond before providing the meeting details to any other sources, including but not limited to intermediary partners and/or convention bureaus.
  • In the event that a District chooses to take up a Marriott offer, an explanation is provided for Marriott's tracking purposes.
  • Each participating District should apply for a Marriott Rewards account in the name "USPS District #". The authorized holder is to be the District Treasurer. Provide this Rewards # at the time of submittal. The Rewards points will be assigned at completion of activity.
  • The minimum requirement to participate in the rewards program is 15 room nights on any one night.
What will Marriott provide?
  • Marriott will do the legwork to provide you hotel choices with closest proximity to your requested location.
  • A point of contact for all group bookings worldwide.
  • Marriott will provide each District/Squadron custom webpages created and hosted by Marriott for each event. The District will have the ability to upload specific event attachments and provide attending members with the direct access to the group sleeping room rates. These pages will be set up and accessible within seven business days of executing the contract.
  • After discounted room rates and Marriott Reward points, no further rebates can be earned.
