Fernandina Beach Tour

Join USPS friends for a tour of scenic Fernandina Beach, the oldest continuously occupied city in the U.S. See the historic train depot and Flinch State Park. Enjoy a day on your own, shop, tour and have a delightful lunch. Don’t forget to stop at the candy store to pick up some of your favorite candies from way back when. You’ll return to the hotel full of sea lore. Tour is limited to 50 people.
Golf Outing at Hyde Park Golf Course

You’ll board a shuttle bus at 0900 from the hotel for a 1000 tee time at an 18-hole former PGA course only 20 minutes away. Both men and women are invited. Bring your own clubs or rent them at the course. Ticket price includes green fees and bus transportation to and from course; club rental is extra. Stay for light lunch on your own at the 19th hole.

Choose from several pictures to paint in your choice of color and style. Pat has proven her skill at previous a USPS activity. “I cannot believe I really did this” one member said after a class with Pat. “We had such a great time and made a lovely item also”. We guarantee you will enjoy yourself. Class size is limited to 15 People.
St. Johns Riverkeeper Tour

Board the Water Taxi near the Hyatt for a historical and ecological cruise on the St. Johns River with St. Johns Riverkeeper, a charter member of the Florida Conservation Coalition. During the cruise, you learn what is currently being done to protect the river. Stop for lunch on your own before returning to your hotel. Tour is limited to 40 people.

She’ll assemble the tools and kits beforehand, from there on, your talent comes out. Space is limited to 20 people.
