[Amoskeag] Instructor Certification

Steve,

 Actually I knew about the boating course instructors requiring
certification, in addition, (FYI) We have an agreement with the State of New
Hampshire that requires our instructors to go through a course with the
state.   Luckily many of us have done that already.   We do have to put
together another crop of instructors though.
