[Ccaides] Annual Meeting

Hope everyone is planning a special New Years Eve evening. The purpose of
the note is to communicate with the team that Ernie has put together. I look
forward to working with each of you in the coming year. The team does not
have many duties in Orlando as Les's team winds down their term of office. I
did want to inform you that there is an Aides Meeting on Thursday. I will be
sending out a note to the general aides inviting them to the meeting. This
Aide's Meeting is for the general aides and is for covering the duties of
handling guests and the assignment of duties such as the bar, clean up etc
that occurs during National Meetings as well as how the division of the
house will be handled. The first part of this meeting will be conducted by
the current Flag Lt. Ted Kontos. After Ted complete his meeting I will meet
briefly with our team's general aides. The special assistants, Chaplains and
special committee representatives are not required to be at this meeting but
are welcomed to sit in if they wish. Enjoy the New Year, travel safely and I
hope to see you in Orlando.
