[Coch] Cooperative Charting Promotional Material

First of all.....it's nice to see that the CoCh mail group is still 
functional, if only occasionally!  It was originally designed as a means 
of distributing CoCh stuff to interested members who didn't necessarily 
get the info by "normal" channels.  Bravo!!!!

It seems to me, though, that info such as the below-mentioned Power 
Point program could easily be made available as a download from the CoCh 
page (or what used to be the CoCh page!) on USPS.org/member.  That's 
_exactly_ what that page was designed for, though it seems that much of 
that function has been taken over by the CCWEB page on NOAA/NOS.

 Huh???
