In reporting a nautical change on CCWEB recently, I entered both the chart
number and the chart name. CCWEB returned an error message saying that I
could not enter both. Have any of you experienced this?
Since the name involved quite a bit of typing, I deleted the chart number.
CCWEB accepted this, but District CoCh Chairman and the Area monitor did not.
They treated the Chart number as required.
I would like to see CCWEB treat the Chart number as required and also allow
the Chart name.
