The chart name box on CCWeb is for USACE charts. US Army Corps of
Engineers. This would be in lieu of NOAA chart numbers. If you should choose to use
a USACE chart, you would need to contact the USACE for submission of the
report itself. There is no direct contact between NOAA and USACE. You would
then submit a second report to CCWeb, this report would be solely for point
credit in CCWeb.

Thanks Richard and Paul for clearing up this point for me.
It seems that I have stumbled on to an aspect of CoCh that I was previously
completely unaware.
Are USACE charts part of CoCh, or not? Apparently the answer is "maybe" but
not an equal part.
How can we change our published instructions and possibly the report form to
make this issue clear?
BTW, I was using the NOAA chart title (at the bottom left) as the chart NAME.
