[CoCh] Sender's Email Addresses

It has occurred to me that one of the reasons that we don't enjoy more 
interaction between the members of this list is because the program is 
set up to only reflect the coch@usps.org address. 

On other private lists that I subscribe to, the address of the sender 
(as well as any copyees) appears.  That way if I have any private 
questions, comments or additional information for the sender, I can 
respond without posting something that is either of no interest or of no 
concern to the entire group.

Such a change be less formal and would tend to reduce the isolation that 
results from the current setup, and further communication between the 
group members. 

An alternative would be to include our email addresses in the text of 
the message, but that is a more bothersome approach.
