[Coch] Removal

[Discuss mutual Cooperative Charting problems with fellow Cooperative Charters.]

I'll do nothing.  I was just replying to what I though was an email from
you.  See Below.  I don't have anything to do with the Mutual Charting
newsletter, so I don't know why I received the original message.  I clicked
the link and ended up in our national web site and spotted Gray's name
there.
