<DIV>At the USPS Annual Meeting in Dallas Tx. the Cooperative Charting Committee will have its Open Meeting in the Reunion "C" from 1500 - 1700 Friday February 22, 2008, I want to take this opportunity to invite you to that meeting, we will be discussing some new things about Cooperative Charting, the Boating Guide to America and the upcoming program for submitting updates to the USACE electronic charts. If you can't get to the Open Meeting, please stop by the table, we will be giving demonstrations about the member involvement programs the Cooperative Charting Committee has to offer.</DIV>

<DIV>As this is the Annual Meeting of USPS, the Cooperative Charting Committee and NOS will be presenting awards. The awards that are to be presented at the Committees Open meeting on Friday are:</DIV>
