Installed the latest (8/19/03) version of DB2000. Found that in now includes
the H-701 Historians Report form. Tried it and ran into printing problems.
All goes well on the first page until the printer encounters the footer. It
prints each section of the footer on a separate page, i.e., "Form H-701,
DB2000(2003)" is on the top left of next page and rest of page is blank, that is
followed by a "Page 4 of 4 pages" on the top center of the next page (rest
blank), and current date on the top right of next page with the rest of the page
blank.
It goes down hill from here as what should be page 2 is compressed into one
line all overprinting at the top of the page. And of course the same footer
problems.
Page 3 looks OK except the footer is missing and is printed the same way as
the previous pages
Same for page 4.
There are no page overflows when viewed in the preview mode, so what should
be 4 pages turns out to be 16 -- not good.
Tried two different printers, a laser and ink jet, same results. Also tried
Acrobat and got same results. If someone would like to troubleshoot this I
will be glad to send you the PDF file.
