As manager of the USPS CoCh list, I have been receiving, on the average, more 
than one e-mail per day for approval for posting by a nonmember. These are 
mostly advertisements although some are pure crap. Are you other list managers 
receiving this stuff also? If so, have you found a way to stop it?
