None of it is being posted to the list--it is being sent to you as
moderator asking if you want it posted to the list. Since you
discard it, the list (including me) never see it. Right now on our
squadron list, as administrator, I am receiving about 40 messages a
day. All of these are being sent by the computer of someone on the
list that has a virus. Virus programs spoof the "from"
address with names found in a user's address book and then forward a copy
of the virus on to the names found in the address book. Since many
people have their computer configured to add the "from" address
on every message they receive to their address book, the address books
become very large quickly. Even though no one (other than me) ever
sends a message to our squadron list (it's a moderated list), someone
placed the '"from" name in their address book.
Unfortunately, they have a virus.<br><br>
