[Comphelp] Bulk E-Mailing of District Newsletters

I do use Outlook and you are correct about the multiple address books. I use
that feature for several squadron emailing list. You also have the choice of
not including everyone who is in a  mailing list in your regular contact
list. Alternatively you can select from your contact list and/or input
discretely, your choice. It works fine for me.

I don't use Outlook, but I believe that you can set up
multiple address "books" (I know this can be done in Netscape). Then keep
the email addresses for D/7 in that address book - I think that's the term
Outlook uses.  Managing any list larger than a few hundred will always be a
bit of a hassle.  8^)

I personally wouldn't use remailers - they are often on
servers that are used for spam, which may be blocked by
some recipients' ISPs.  I'm not familiar with any bulk
mailing programs, but that shouldn't be a problem as long
as the email is sent from your ISP.  For the best of such software, try
looking in www.tudogs.com or www.tucows.com. www.download.com may have
something, but be sure to do a re-sort on free license only.
