So I have this message from Ed, but I did not get the message announcing a new tool. What database
is "the database" in reference? The D/1 site is still displaying.

Subject: [USPS-Webmasters] Non-compliance of web sites

Recently a mailing was sent out announcing a new tool created by a member
of ITCom; approximately 25% of the messages were returned as "unknown",
"mailbox over quota", etc.

The USPS policy on web sites requires that the webmaster maintain a valid
e-mail address in the database in order to be compliant. Effective
immediately, any addresses that bounce mailings from the server will cause
the e-mail address to be deleted from the database and a "non-compliant"
flag to turn on, which will have the effect of removing the web site URL
from the display of USPS web sites.

This "non-compliant flag" will automatically turn off when a valid e-mail
address is entered into the database, using the tool provided by ITCom for
that purpose.

THIS IS A BROADCAST MESSAGE; YOU CANNOT REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE.
