Greetings  --

I agree that a version of the Flash player
probably should be included on the CD, but
downloading will get you the latest version.

It's not particularly difficult -

Go to: www.adobe.com
Click on the "Get Adobe Flash Player" button
Save the file. And remember where it gets saved.  8^)
  It shouldn't take long, it's 1.1 MB, ~2 min @ 56 Kbps
Run the file
Done!
