I Googled "free web page editor" and one
of the sites that came up is:
http://www.thefreecountry.com/webmaster/htmleditors.shtml
They seem to have a good assortment of
(FREE!!!) webpage editors. I'm going to be
checking out the site - they seem to have
lots of freeware. There are several other
sources of freeware: tucows.com, tudogs.com
and download.com (select their free license
filter or you do get a lot of trialware)
I don't use a WYSIWYG webpage editor - I'm
more comfortable writing in straight HTML, so
I am not able to tell if a particular program
will take FrontPage code and be able to work
with it. The last WYSIWYG editor I tried was
Netscape's Composer...
The nice thing about freeware is if it doesn't
work, you're not out anything, and it fits
nicely into my and the squadron's budget.
And it frequently works better! 8^)
