I'm following the instructions in the 8 page manual that was released in August. I have Windows XP and am entering all info manually. I get as far as the list of names. I click on Merge Data Sheet and the names are there. Step 4 on page 7 says to answer yes to continue on the prompt message. There is no prompt message but I do get the mail merge toolbar. I then drop down to step 1 under Customize merge document. When I click on view merged data, nothing happens as the button is not highlighted. Any ideas?
