I received the message, read it a couple of times, made a copy for my notebook and have copied portions and forwarded them to the squadron commanders in District 16 to whom the information will be especially helpful.  I applaud the new Boating Course for the inland water / river boaters.  If USPS wants to reach and gain members from the lake/river boater/angler, fisherman or sun worshipper, we need to create classes to address their needs.
