[D-plan-net] Fw: Bowsprit Award

Hello Kay,

Just some comments from the DC. Hopefully the Planning 
Chair will answer.

We look at the Bowsprit data but the membership reports 
tend to be more important to us. We are using the 
"Commanders Challenge" to determine squadron level 
activity. This is a take off from the "Star Program" and 
is facilitated for our district by Frank Dvorak. It sets 
measurable goals and allows the squadrons to compete with 
each other to exceed the goals.
