A reminder to all D-Plan-Net subscribers -the following message appeared in the Monthly Broadcast -
"Mailing Lists to End  At the Kansas City Governing Board in September 2009, it was announced that Mailman mailing lists would end and that shadow mailing lists had been created as groups on SailAngle.com. Well, that time has finally arrived. At close of business on 31 March 2010, the Mailman facility will be disabled on usps.org. -John R. Bradley"

To that end -in order for you to stay involved in the discussions planned for PlanCom members (D/C's are copied as courtesy -and can participate) you are encouraged to sign on to SAIL ANGLE today. 
In order to register for Sail Angle click on the Sail Angle tab located on the left side of the USPS Home Page and follow the steps. It is very simple to do and YOU have control of the mail process - PlanCom committee members signed on in September and have used it without any issues so we feel confident in encouraging those of you that may have concerns.

If you have any problems, or questions, please do not hesitate to contact USPS Planning Committee members.
Thank all that have participated in the discussions, surveys and chat on D-Plan-Net over the years -we look forward to gearing up on Sail Angle come 1 April.
