survey. We are approaching a 5% return rate (of the entire USPS
membership) with over 1600 members represented. Though this is a great
response, we would like to hear from more members and from a greater number of
members in each district. In at least three districts, fewer than seven
responses have been recorded; this level of response from any one district
creates gray areas with regard to analysis that require we moderate our
conclusions with the knowledge that an adequate representation of member
desires will not have been heard.<o:p></o:p></span></font></span></font></p>

emphasis of “hands-on” and “on-water training” as well
as the wide variety of seminar topics. The information from the online
survey has already produced a variety of ideas we can explore, but we would

starts. It will take your members no longer than a few minutes to
complete. Consider assigning this “Spring Conference” project
