Because this is a voluntary list, so each VE must register themselves. The
process is simple. Just go http://safetyseal.net/GetVSC/EnterNewExaminer.asp
and register there.

Per your note, below, I checked the safety seal website and entered my zip
code (93105). The result is that the two local USCG Auxillary examiners are
listed but not the two local USPS examiners.
What is the process to add us? Do new VE's get added to the safetyseal
listing when they are notified that they are qualified?
