[D18] Joint spaghetti dinner meet with USCG Aux

Ah yes.... Great question.... I was of the impression that they were one and 
the same....  The meeting is scheduled for the Volunteer Yacht Club which I 
am gathering by the tone of Barry's e-mail is NOT one and the same...  
Please detail where the Volunteers are volunteering...
