I thought this would be of interest to the list.  Alice and Brad will
have more details at the conference.
 
Essentially, for a period of three years, anyone can apply for
membership to a squadron, subject to the discretion of that squadron.
There is no requirement for a boating course.  It will be up to the
squadron to accept members who will benefit the squadron.
 
Don't forget.  Today is the last day to get the reduced rate at the
conference.

For those of you who could not stay to the end of the Annual Meeting,
the Waiver motion passed by far more than a 2/3 majority, so the waiver
is now in effect.  Please pass the word along to your squadrons.
