How many times have you stayed at South Shore Harbour or the Clear Lake
Hilton for a D/21 Conference? (3 for me)
How many times have you stayed at Lakeway in Austin? ((3 for me)
How many times have you stayed at the Sheraton South Padre Island? (3
for me)
 
Mentoring Members - how many times did you go to the Fontainbleau in
Miami? (OK not me, believe it or not, I haven't been here that long)
Anyone on this list go to Orlando more than once and stay at ? (I've
lost count)
 
So, why haven't you signed up for the D/21 2007 Fall Conference?
It is a CONFERENCE, not a cruise, and you've only been once before if
you went last year!

*	your district bridge needs your support
*	we have cool stuff to tell you
*	we want your ideas - this is your organization - we might change
something you don't want us to if you aren't there!
*	tell us what you think about the proposed USPS leadership
streamlining...how should we vote?
*	help prepare for the Dallas Annual 2008 Meeting where our own
C/C will be elected (in all likelihood)
*	rooms can be had for the same as a decent hotel, & remember, you
aren't even in your room much if you get the least expensive!
*	price includes all your food, shows, dancing, gambling - no
registration fee for conference
*	no banquet chicken
*	great parties, great times
*	spa time
*	workout & exercise - stay fit while enjoying yourself
*	gambling (just like in Shreveport or in route to Lake Charles,
etc. - and no, this isn't repeated just for Jerry W, Dan, and Brenda)
*	great duty-free shopping
*	great for kids - they will miss 2-3 days school at most, learn
stuff, get sun (see vitamin D below) - Carnival feeds them, entertains
them, you don't have to (unless you want to)
*	if you went on a Cozumel excursion, there are about 30 that you
haven't done yet (I didn't see any of you swimming with Amaya, Madonna,
and me)
*	chance to take the new USPS Weather Seminar for certification
credit - cleaned up and revised by one of the two best Weather
instructors in USPS (Joe Dorn is the other one)
*	or possibly the new Charts seminar (planning still in progress)
*	chance to renew that final summer tan before the holidays
(watching TV lately?  Vitamin D is in - it comes sunshine)
*	Do you know thirty-one new squadrons have chartered since 2000?
Maybe you'll hear some good ideas on membership!
