[D28] District 28 Awards

Congratulations are in order for all of the District.

The D/28 was awarded the Bowsprit Award from National
USPS in recognition of achievements and
accomplishments by the District during P/D/C Adriaan
Veldhuisens's term in office.  We were one of only 6
to win this award.

The District was awarded 3rd Place for D/1st/Lt Cida
Diehl's submittal on Member Involvement / Member
Retention.

The awards may be viewed on the District website or at
the Fall District Conference on September 29 - Oct 1,
2006 at the Hilton Airport Hotel in Phoenix.
