Fellow District 28 members,

The time is getting short for your opportunity to save
while attending the 2006 Tri-District Conference in
Phoenix. This is a new experimental concept to allow
boaters from Districts 13, 25, & 28 and National USPS
Operating Committee to meet together without having to
travel east of the Mississippi. For many of us, our
boating waters are not solely confined within our
District area and sharing regional information can be
a priceless enhancement of membership in the USPS.
Come join us and meet your fellow members and attend
the seminars.

District 13 covers Central Southern California,
Nevada, Utah, Hawaii, and Japan. District 25 covers
Northern California.
District 28 covers the remainder of Southern
California and Arizona.

The Phoenix Airport Hilton hotel discount is due to
expire on Thursday, September 7th (less than 48 hours
from now). After this date the hotel will release our
block of rooms and the rate may increase to regular
individual rate. Rooms will go fast now, but are
available as of this time.
