[D28] Website and mailing list transfers

Members of District 28,

On Saturday, 16 September 2006, 0900 MST, the USPS will move ALL its 
websites and mailing lists to a new internet server.  The transfer and setup 
will take several hours.  During that time the websites currently hosted on 
the USPS server may or may not be available.  The move is expected to be 
complete on 17 September.  This move also involves propagating the website 
URLs to the various internet domain name servers so site access may not be 
dependable until that is completed, hopefully in the same time frame as the 
transfer.

The Tri-District Conference website is not located on the USPS server and 
should not be effected by the above changeover.
