It is with deep regret I need to forward this to all.  P/D/C John Brown was
instrumental in the great cooperation that D28 had in setting up the Tri
District Conference and in so many other ways that he will be deeply missed
by many in District 28.

of Past District Thirteen Commander John Brown, J/N



John, a member of Redondo Beach Power Squadron passed over the bar November
30th, 2007.



At this writing, I have no further information.
