  2007 District 28 Winter Council
  Call to Meeting
   
   
  To the:         District 28 Bridge Officers
                     Immediate Past District Commander
                      Chairmen, General Committees 
                     Chairman, Planning Committee
                      Squadron Commanders
                     All Other Interested Parties
   
  By order of the District Commander, notice is hereby given that the Winter Council will be held at the following time and place.
   
            Date:           1 December 2007, at 0900
            Place:                   Southwestern Yacht Club, San Diego, CA
   
            Purpose:     To carry on the interim business of District 28, USPS;
                               To establish committees and make appointments thereto;
                               To fill any vacancy in any elective office, to hold office until the
                                         next Spring Conference; 
                               To make and approve interim changes in the 2007-2008 Budget;
                               To consider resolutions and recommendations from the Squadrons
                                          and refer them to the Conference for action or to refer them 
                                        to committee for further study;  
                               To conduct all other business of the District which may properly                                        come before the Council.
