[D28] D28 2008 Spring Conference Registration Forms.

The Phoenix Sail & Power Squadron will be the host for the District  2008 
Spring Conference.  We hope to see many of you there for the  festivities.  Below 
are two links to the conference registration  forms.  One is an interactive 
Microsoft Excel spreadsheet (.xls) that  lets you fill it on the computer and 
it will do the math.  When you are  done with it just print it and send it in.

For those that do not have the Excel software, the other is an Adobe  Acrobat 
file (.pdf) that you download, print, fill out by hand and mail  in.

Both forms have information about making hotel reservations.
