[D28] Clarification of Uniform for the Evening Banquet

You likely received two e-mails recently from the D28 mail list that are
virtually identical.  The second was to make a small correction in the
uniform for the banquet.  Uniform A is correct, but the tie should be a
Four-In-Hand (conventional straight tie), not a Bow Tie.  Since a question
was raised as to why there were two identical e-mails, I obviously didn't
make an adequate distinction.

 

This detail was indicated to me by the keeper of Tribal Knowledge for D28,
regrettably right after I sent the first e-mail.  While Uniform A is correct
for Conferences, the Bow Tie is traditionally worn only at Change Of Watch,
at least in our district.
