[D28] US Power Squadron D/28 Certifiers' Class for BOC (Boat Operator's Certificate)

Carlos,
Traditionally this form is completed by the person who wishes to become a Certifier.  Then it should be sent to the Squadron Educational Officer and then to the Regional Certifier.  However, I see that Tim's e-mail advises you to send it to the District Education Officer in order to expedite the process.  I think a copy should be sent to Tim as well.  He can then go through the normal channels as he sees fit.

In addition, please read the certifier seminar pre-reading documents.
