Your call, I expect.  Since individual preferences weren't indicated,  I 
guess you'll have to select for everybody.  My two cents:  I'd  suggest the 
safety pin;  it doesn't dig into you as the clutches do,  especially on summer 
uniforms.  Also, at the National Conference, many  magnetic ones ended up 
on the floor.

I have just completed the art work for the  D/28 flag.  It came out very 
nice.  I will be shipping later  this week or early next week.

In all of the back and forth,   I did not see what type of fasteners you 
want on these tags.   Safety Pin and Ribbon Bar (with clutches)are $6.00 and 
Magnetic is  $7.50.  Let me klnow your choice.
